Returns & Refunds
To request a return, cancellation, exchange or help with an item, contact FrancisJenkinshu2@outlook.com with your order number, purchase email and the reason for your request. We will provide the applicable instructions and return address. Please do not send items to the address printed on the parcel without checking with us.
Any return period or guarantee expressly stated on the product page or at purchase forms part of your order terms. Mandatory cancellation, return, defect and refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items promptly, with photos where possible, so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Keep packaging and proof of purchase while the issue is reviewed.
For change-of-mind returns, keep items unused, complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Eligibility, any lawful exceptions and responsibility for return costs depend on the applicable purchase terms and law; we will explain them when handling your request. No condition here reduces rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
When a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it. Contact us if you need an update.
